Details about what caused the crack have yet to be officially released, but Samantha Carol was there when the flooding started and she sent the following information to Daily Voice.
"We were getting ready to leave and stopped at one more machine and all of a sudden the ceiling just opened up like a waterfall. People were still playing their machines and then the floor was starting to get covered in bubbles. The employees started asking people to move and they started roping off sections and then guys with carpet shampooers went to work. Other than a few customers the rivers employees were all calm and collected. I couldn’t believe how fast they were on it."
